ONLINE SHOP RETURNS
If the product you have received are damaged, defective, or ordered incorrectly on our account, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a replacement order. We assume everything is well received after 7 days.
Please note that our Return Policy does not cover Digital Products.
STUDIO OR LOCATION PORTRAITURE
A 50% deposit will be collected upon appointment confirmation. Balance payment is payable after photo session.
This booking fee is refundable or transferable only with 7 days’ notice of cancellation for Saturdays or 48 hours for weekday bookings.
In case of NO SHOW on photo booking appointment, deposit is not refundable. Postponement of booking appointment has to be rescheduled within 3 month or deposit is not refundable.
Portraiture is a tailor-made service, no refund after photo session.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STUDIO RENTAL OR INTEREST CLASSES
This booking fee is refundable or transferable with 48 hours notice of cancelation for weekday bookings. For Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays, we need 7 days’ advance notice of cancellation. We regret we cannot accept later cancellations for any reason.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & GIFTS
We regret that cancellations and rescheduling of bookings of Promotional or Incentive Offers are limited. Promotional Offers can be rebooked once only and moved to a weekday only.
It's advisable to contact us about your Gift Voucher as soon as you receive it and check any time seasonal terms.
