Studio Rental

Our studio is about 1,700 sq. ft. with Cyclorama, make up area and washroom.

Monday to Friday: HK$200/hr (between 9am to 8pm) / HK$300/hr (between 8pm to 9am)
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: HK$300/hr (between 8am to 8pm)
Minimum studio rental charge – 2 hours. Basic photo equipment is included (Please call for details.)
Professional lighting consultant is available, additional $300/ 2 hours, advance booking required.
Photography for Pets, HK$200 surcharge will be added per booking.
If new background paper is required, please confirm 3 days in advance and, $200 will be added per 5 ft length.

Please keep studio clean, take away and clear all your food and belongings.
Rental fee does not include lighting services, photographer, assistant, photo taking and computer services. Please prepare your own Light Meter.
You can have 15 mins free for preparation, however you are not allowed to use any equipment for photo taking purpose at preparation. Closing time is the time clients leave the studio, 15 mins overtime will he counted as one hour.
Please use photo equipment according to staff instruction. Lessee is responsible for any loss or damages of studio properties.
Please take care of children and your guests, keep your own property safe, Image Master will not take any responsibility or compensation for the loss or damage of your belongings.
No smoking, Alcoholic drinking or fire lighting in studio allowed.
Start using our studio means you understand and accept all our rules and regulations. We reserve the right of any final decision.

Please contact us by email or WhatsApp at least 7 days in advance for studio booking.
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please send us deposit slip by WhatsApp or email.
This booking fee is refundable or transferable with 48 hours notice of cancelation for weekday bookings. For Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays, we need 7 days’ advance notice of cancellation. We regret we cannot accept later cancellations for any reason.
Booking will only be reserved upon deposit details acknowledged, rescheduling must be arranged 3 days in advance, or $300 handling fee is required.
No refund will be returned for cancelation or rescheduling on booking day.
Full payment must be settled before using the studio.
For shooting overtime, rental fee must be paid hourly in advance.
Balance payment must be cleared before leaving the studio.
Under typhoon signal no. 8 or Black rainstorm, reservation can reschedule within 3 months, subject to studio availability.
Please arrive studio punctually, no time will be compensated for late coming client.
